2017/2018学年中国政府奖学金申请开始

    为增进中国人民与世界各国人民的相互了解和友谊，发展中国与世界各国在政治、经济、文化、教育、经贸等领域的交流与合作，中国政府设立奖学金，资助世界各国优秀学生、教师、学者到中国的大学学习或开展研究。2017/2018年，279所中国大学（参见http://www.campuschina.org/）招收中国政府奖学金生，申请人可在理学、工学、农学、医学、法学、经济学、管理学、教育学、文学、历史学、哲学、艺术学等十二个学科门类选择专业学习。

　　中国驻芝加哥总领事馆教育组即日起至2017年4月1日接受本领区中国政府奖学金申请，并从中择优推荐25名候选人报送国家留学基金委评审录取。获得批准的申请者，将于2017年7月30日前收到《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201表）。

　　欢迎来自伊利诺伊、印第安纳、威斯康星、明尼苏达、艾奥瓦、堪萨斯、科罗拉多、密苏里、密歇根等9州的非中国籍学生向我组申请。

2017/2018 Chinese Government Scholarship Application

In order to promote the mutual understanding, cooperation and exchanges in politics, economy, culture, education and trade between China and other countries, the Chinese governmenthas set up a series of scholarship programs to sponsor international students, teachers and scholars to study and conduct research in Chinese universities.In the academic year of 2017/2018, 279 Chinese universities (see http://www.campuschina.org) are designated to enroll international students with Chinese Government Scholarship, and they offer a wide variety of academic programs in Science, Engineering, Agriculture,Medicine, Law, Economics, Management, Education, Liberal Arts, Philosophy, History, and Fine Arts for scholarship winners at all levels.

The Education Office of the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Chicago is authorized to receive applications.Online application and the corresponding application documents should be submitted no later than April 1^st, 2017. The most qualified applicants will be recommended to the China Scholarship Council (CSC) and 25 winners will receive admission letter and visa application form (JW201) before July 30^th, 2017.

All non-Chinese students from the State of Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, and Michigan are welcomed to apply the scholarship through our office.
